Thursday 9th June 2016 saw the launch of Galliard Homes new development ‘Skyline’, Slough. New Concept Interiors furnished the show flats for the launch and were there to advise investors and owner occupiers alike on furnishing their apartments.
The launch was really busy on a whole and well received, along with the offer of the deposit payment refund within 10 days if Brexit took place.
Skyline will be a striking development situated within a five minutes walk from the High Street which boasts a variety of mostly independent retailers – it’s just an 11 minute walk from Slough station and upcoming Cross-rail (2019), residents will be able to travel direct into London in just 17 minutes via First Great Western trains.
A former Fujitsu office building, Skyline will offer a variety of studio, one & two bedroom apartments. The main tower of 298 High Street rises to 11 floors, with reception areas and office space on the ground floor.
The Skyline residents will be within minutes of the Observatory Shopping Centre, and just a 15 minute drive from Eton College and Windsor Castle. As well as offering a more relaxed living atmosphere for those wishing to live outside the capital, Slough is a thriving centre for business and industry as it lies in the heart of the M4 Thames Valley corridor within Berkshire.
Property prices started from under £200,000 – the starter studio and 1 bed apartments perfect to get started on the property ladder and are only half a mile from Slough station. Another exciting Galliard launch to be involved in !!!
As always at a Galliard launch it was a thoroughly enjoyable and interesting 3 days with hundreds of happy buyers creating a very exciting atmosphere!
